Registered Nurse – Paediatrics

About the role

Amana Healthcare, part of the M42 network, is seeking a compassionate Paediatric Registered Nurse to deliver family‑centered care to infants, children and adolescents in a safe, child‑friendly environment. The role involves direct patient care, collaboration with physicians, and education of families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to paediatric patients following clinical policies and evidence‑based practice.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and accurately document observations.
• Administer medications, vaccinations and treatments safely according to physician orders.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and discharge plans.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
• Maintain infection‑control standards and ensure a child‑friendly care environment.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification nursing experience, including specialised paediatric services.
• Current nursing licence in the country of origin and eligibility for DOH/DHA medical licence.
• Strong communication, analytical and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with medical record systems.
• Experience using digital healthcare platforms.
