About the role

The Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its surgical ward team in Abu Dhabi. You will provide patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Deliver safe, high‑quality patient care in line with clinical standards, hospital policies and UAE legislation.
Identify, prevent and manage clinical risks to maintain patient safety.
Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment.
Mentor, supervise and coach nursing learners and staff to foster continuous learning.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least three years recent experience in a medical and surgical ward or inpatient setting.
Minimum two years nursing experience in your home country.
Basic Arabic language skills.
Fluent verbal and written English communication.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
