About the role

The Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its surgical ward team in Abu Dhabi. You will provide patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high‑quality patient care in line with clinical standards, hospital policies and UAE legislation.
  • Identify, prevent and manage clinical risks to maintain patient safety.
  • Promote positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment.
  • Mentor, supervise and coach nursing learners and staff to foster continuous learning.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least three years recent experience in a medical and surgical ward or inpatient setting.
  • Minimum two years nursing experience in your home country.
  • Basic Arabic language skills.
  • Fluent verbal and written English communication.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
