Registered Nurse - UAEN

About the role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Speciality Hospital Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, coordinating treatment plans and providing education and emotional support to patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, re‑assessments and collect relevant clinical data.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals.
• Monitor vital signs, recognise abnormalities and escalate concerns according to protocol.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products and observe patients for adverse reactions.
• Provide wound care management and assist with invasive and non‑invasive procedures.
• Deliver life‑support interventions such as Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Neonatal Resuscitation.
• Educate patients and the public on health conditions, preventive measures and post‑discharge care.
• Facilitate safe admission, transfer and discharge processes.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification recognised in the UAE.
• Ability to work effectively within an interprofessional team.
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients and families.
• Commitment to maintaining up‑to‑date clinical knowledge and technical competencies.
