Relationship Manager & Business Developer – EAM

About the role

Join Mirabaud, a Swiss private bank, to develop its growing External Asset Manager (EAM) market in Dubai. The role combines relationship management with business development, allowing you to build a client portfolio and deliver tailored wealth‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively create and manage a portfolio of self‑acquired clients within the EAM market.
• Monitor pipeline against individual and team objectives.
• Build trust‑based relationships through regular, personalized contact.
• Assess clients' financial situations and objectives, with support from a Team Head as needed.
• Provide integrated wealth‑management solutions and promote the bank’s products and services.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Economics.
• Strong network within the EAM market.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales‑oriented skills.
• Proven track record of creating relationships with prospects.
• Team player who is persistent, persuasive, and passionate about client service.
