Relationship Manager – Elite Banking

About the role

RAKBANK is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for its Elite Banking division to acquire, manage and grow relationships with affluent and high‑net‑worth clients across liabilities, wealth and lending solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire, manage and expand a portfolio of affluent clients, meeting targets for liabilities, assets, investments and revenue.
• Drive new‑to‑bank acquisition through networking, referrals, corporate engagements and community events.
• Provide advisory‑led financial solutions including deposits, mutual funds, fixed income, structured investments, treasury/FX, insurance and lending products.
• Prepare and review credit applications, ensuring compliance with KYC, AML and internal risk standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Private or Affluent Banking.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing high‑net‑worth customers with strong new‑to‑bank capabilities.
