Relationship Manager, Premium Banking (Russian/Chinese Speaker)

About the role

This premium banking position serves high-net-worth (HNW) clients with personalized service, growing their portfolio and strengthening their relationship with the bank. The manager also promotes cross-selling of bank products, sources new HNW business and meets annual and monthly financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve HNW clients' banking and financial needs on time and grow their portfolio and relationship with the bank.
• Source new HNW business through referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts, and acquire new clients and their portfolios.
• Process investment requirements such as mutual funds, life insurance, bonds and sukuk according to each client's risk profile, and refer asset products such as mortgages, personal and auto loans and credit cards.
• Review clients' personal data and recommend products that help them reach short- and long-term investment goals.
• Build and deepen relationships through calls and meetings, and maintain regular contact with mapped clients via weekly or monthly calls.
• Keep clients informed about the bank's financial services and update contact details in all systems.
• Develop an outbound and inbound sales plan, conduct risk profiling of mapped clients and counter competition from other wealth management providers.
• Apply risk management policies to identify, analyze, treat and monitor risk, and uphold the bank's values of integrity, customer focus, competence, consistency and courtesy.

Required profile

• University graduate in Marketing, Banking, Finance or a similar field.
• CISI Level 3 and ESCA Rules and Regulations certification (a must).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Wealth Management in banking or financial services, managing a book of HNW clients.
• Fluent Russian or fluent Chinese speaker.
