Relationship Manager – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

Azizi Developments is looking for a Relationship Manager to join its Dubai team. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate off‑plan real‑estate investments and ensuring a high level of satisfaction in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales for off‑plan projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalized real‑estate solutions.
• Provide advice on property investments and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of off‑plan real‑estate experience in the UAE.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in real‑estate, property management or a related field.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of UAE real‑estate laws and regulations.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related discipline preferred.
