Remote Business Development Manager

About the role

storage.ae, Dubai's premium self-storage provider with nine facilities across the city, is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to work fully remotely. The role helps grow the business in the Dubai market by generating new business, building strategic partnerships and expanding the referral network through calls, video meetings and digital outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to and engage businesses needing storage solutions, such as SMEs, retailers, e-commerce companies and corporates.
• Build and grow relationships with Dubai businesses to create a steady referral pipeline.
• Identify and pursue new strategic partnerships that support growth.
• Generate and qualify leads through virtual networking, calls, email outreach and online industry events.
• Negotiate and close partnership and referral agreements remotely.

Required profile

• 3+ years in business development, B2B sales or partnerships; exposure to real estate, logistics or the UAE market is a plus.
• A proven track record of generating leads and closing deals remotely.
• Familiarity with the Dubai/UAE business landscape is a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated, highly disciplined and comfortable working independently from home.
