Remote Cook for Virtual Events

About the role

Lion Forge Comics is seeking a part‑time, remote Cook to support virtual events, staff gatherings, and special projects. You will create themed menus, prepare dishes that can be shipped or demonstrated on‑camera, and ensure all food safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop menus aligned with event themes and branding.
• Source ingredients, handle proper storage, and prepare meals following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Package, ship, or present dishes for virtual demonstrations, maintaining clear recipe documentation.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and creative staff to design visually appealing plating and food styling for photography or video.

Required profile

• Strong culinary skills including meal planning, cooking techniques, and basic baking.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper ingredient handling.
• Ability to work independently in a remote kitchen with reliable equipment and internet.
• Excellent organization and time‑management to meet event deadlines.
