Remote Customer Support Representative

About the role

Pulse is looking for a friendly, dependable individual to join its remote Customer Support team. This entry‑level position assists customers with routine inquiries, orders, and account requests while maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via email, chat, and phone using approved scripts and resources.
• Enter and update customer information, maintain accurate records, and process authorized account or order changes.
• Create, categorize, and manage support tickets, track case status, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments through virtual meetings and shared inboxes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attentive listening, and basic problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality handling.
