Remote Graphic Designer (Canva, Paid-Social Ads)

About the role

VIKST is looking for a creative, performance-focused Graphic Designer to create high-quality, conversion-driven content for eCommerce brands across the GCC. The role is full-time and remote, and focuses on turning product images, brand assets and creative concepts into ads designed to capture attention and drive results. The company is integrating AI into its workflow and wants someone who is excited about using AI to improve their creative process.

Key responsibilities

• Design image ads, carousel ads and other paid-social creatives, primarily for Meta
• Create high-quality designs efficiently in Canva
• Add copy, product imagery and brand elements to create polished, on-brand ads
• Understand each client's brand, products and customers across the GCC
• Use AI as part of the design workflow to improve quality, speed and output
• Repurpose and improve existing creatives to keep a steady flow of fresh content
• Handle simple video editing when needed
• Collaborate with performance marketing specialists, creative specialists and the wider team
• Follow internal systems and best practices from the VIKST Academy

Required profile

• Strong professional experience in graphic design
• Fluent speaking and writing in both Arabic and English (required)
• Strong eye for layout, typography, branding and attention-grabbing creative
• Comfortable using AI and willing to incorporate it into the creative workflow
• Some experience with simple video editing and a good sense of video
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently remotely
• Ambitious, curious and eager to keep improving
• Experience designing for eCommerce brands or paid advertising is a strong advantage

Required skills

• Highly skilled in Canva, working quickly and efficiently
• Understanding of what makes paid-social creatives perform
