Remote Recruiter – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Remote Recruiter to join a leading global staffing firm. In this position you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to presenting qualified talent to hiring managers, while delivering a smooth recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage follow‑ups, and keep hiring teams informed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and refine job descriptions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening and placement.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
• Boolean search techniques.
