Remote Travel Consultant – Global Visas

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Travel Consultant to guide clients through the entire tourist visa application journey. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth, personalized experience from document collection to final submission.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end visa consulting services, including electronic document gathering, online application filing, and follow‑up with embassies or consulates.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships by providing ongoing support, updates, and expert advice on visa requirements.
• Communicate clearly with clients, offering timely updates and education on processes, timelines, and documentation.
• Adopt a sales‑driven mindset to meet targets while prioritising client interests.
• Identify and implement process improvements and stay current with visa regulation changes.
• Utilise digital tools for efficient document management and continuously explore new technologies to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visa consulting, sales, or customer‑service roles focused on tourist visas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑centric attitude.
• Self‑motivated, tech‑savvy, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, etc.).
