About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to support its fully remote team. The role ensures smooth administrative operations, coordinates daily tasks, and helps maintain efficient workflows across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments remotely.
- Handle email correspondence and maintain organized communication channels.
- Perform data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Serve as a point of contact between team members and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and business documentation.
- Track deadlines, assignments and support project coordination.
- Use productivity tools and administrative systems to maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to improving workflows and operational procedures.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or virtual assistance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
