Renewals Executive – Business License Management

About the role

The Renewals Executive will join Bizvisor’s Dubai team to manage business license renewals and related compliance tasks for our client portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that all renewal processes are completed accurately and on time, supporting smooth operations for entrepreneurs and companies operating in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor renewal deadlines for free‑zone and mainland licences across multiple clients.
• Prepare, review and submit all required documentation to the relevant authorities.
• Liaise with free‑zone portals, government departments and PRO services to resolve queries.
• Maintain detailed records and status reports using CRM or workflow tools.
• Communicate renewal status and requirements clearly to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with company incorporation and trade‑license renewals in the UAE.
• Strong familiarity with UAE free‑zone portals and licensing procedures.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Professional client communication skills in English.
• Valid UAE residence visa (self‑sponsored or independently sponsored).
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with basic CRM or workflow management tools.
