Repair & Maintenance Scheduler – Well Services (Emiratization)

About the role

The Production Planner – Well Services ensures that all equipment, tools and materials required for well‑services operations are planned, scheduled and ready for field deployment. The role coordinates work orders, maintenance activities and material logistics to meet customer commitments while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work orders for well‑services equipment, tools and assets.
• Coordinate equipment preparation, inspection, maintenance, refurbishment and certification.
• Monitor new service requests, prioritize work and update completion and mobilization dates.
• Generate and manage work orders, liaising with maintenance, workshops, logistics, procurement, warehouse and field teams.
• Track material availability using MRP/ERP systems, resolve shortages and expedite critical components.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, security, quality, health, safety and environmental policies.
• Participate in daily planning meetings and maintain accurate planning records and operational reports.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of corporate governance and QHSE standards.
• Ability to coordinate across maintenance, logistics, procurement and field operations.
• Attention to detail in managing work orders and material tracking.

Required skills

• Experience with MRP/ERP systems for material and work‑order management.
