Replenishment Associate

About the role

The Replenishment Associate ensures that store shelves are consistently stocked, supporting smooth sales operations in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will work closely with the inventory team to manage product flow and maintain an organized sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and trigger timely stock replenishment.
• Set up and arrange shelves and displays according to company standards.
• Coordinate product deliveries and internal transfers with the inventory team.
• Label and price items accurately on the sales floor.
• Apply loss‑prevention measures and report any stock discrepancies.
• Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in line with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail or inventory handling is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to lift stock and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
