Reservation and Ticketing Agent

About the role

The Reservation & Ticketing Agent ensures accurate, compliant, and customer‑focused ticketing, reservation and ancillary services for airlines operating at Zayed International Airport. The role supports passengers during normal and disrupted operations while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Issue manual and system‑generated EMDs and other documents for customer airlines.
• Perform ticketing functions, including issuance and re‑issuance of tickets and ancillaries using Amadeus reservations desktop.
• Arrange land transport for disrupted guests and handle cash/credit‑card sales with daily reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales/revenue reports to airlines and finance teams.
• Manage stock of EBTs/MCOs, petty cash, and ensure proper documentation and replenishment.

Required profile

• Degree or relevant work experience in aviation/airline management.
• Minimum 2 years of aviation industry experience in an operational environment.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) and proficient in MS Office Excel.
• Willingness to work in a shift pattern.
