About the role
The Reservations Agent will handle all reservation requests for the prestigious Bvlgari Resort in Dubai, ensuring guests receive accurate information and exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
- Identify guest needs, determine appropriate room types, and verify availability and rates.
- Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
- Document special requests and answer questions about property facilities and services.
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue and input correct codes for special room types in the reservation system.
- Follow escalation procedures for guest concerns and adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- Professional appearance, clear communication, and ability to assist guests with disabilities.
