Reservations Agent – Hospitality

About the role

The Reservations Agent will handle all room reservation inquiries via phone, fax, email and internet, ensuring timely and accurate service. This position supports the department’s goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue for Emaar Hospitality Group.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to reservation requests, rates, packages and promotions across multiple channels.
• Maintain adherence to the reservation telephone script and email etiquette.
• Track and achieve individual and team performance targets related to sales, quality and financial goals.
• Update reservation systems with accurate guest information and special requests.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in room reservations or a call‑center environment.
• High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Good command of business English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation software and standard office computer applications.
• Telephone communication and customer‑service certification (advantageous).
