Reservations Agent

About the role

Luxury Facilities’ Travel Division is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage the full booking journey for its exclusive membership programme. You will turn member inquiries into confirmed travel experiences, ensuring every detail is flawless from inquiry to check‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound booking requests for hotels, travel packages and custom itineraries.
• Check availability with hotel partners, DMCs and suppliers across the UAE, GCC and international destinations.
• Prepare accurate quotations, present options that match member preferences and budgets, and secure rates.
• Confirm reservations, issue vouchers, and manage amendments or cancellations efficiently.
• Follow up on pending inquiries until they convert or close.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues, secure upgrades and protect the member experience.
• Maintain booking records and update the CRM after every interaction.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, hotel reservations or DMC role.
• Working knowledge of hotel booking platforms, GDS systems or B2B travel portals (Travco, WebBeds, Hotelbeds, Booking.com).
• Strong customer‑service instincts with a professional phone and email manner.
• Sharp follow‑up discipline and ability to juggle multiple bookings without errors.
• Solid computer skills, especially Excel and CRM tools.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage high‑volume booking cycles.
• Bilingual Arabic/English preferred; GCC market experience a plus.
• UAE residency or willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
