Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent will manage guest inquiries and bookings for Rixos Bab Al Bahr, delivering seamless, high-quality reservation experiences for ultra-luxury clientele. The role combines revenue optimisation, personalised service and precise data handling to support the hotel’s all-inclusive concept.

Key responsibilities

• Apply revenue and pricing strategies across all market segments, ensuring optimal rate restrictions and availability controls.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed reservations through personalised engagement and upselling.
• Provide bespoke guest experiences by tailoring interactions to the expectations of luxury guests.
• Handle reservation emails and calls with precision, maintaining accurate data in the PMS and market segmentation.
• Identify sales opportunities with individual travelers, corporate accounts, wholesalers and luxury travel agencies.
• Achieve targeted scores in LQA and IFH mystery-shopping audits while upholding brand standards.
• Utilise Opera PMS, Resaweb and other revenue-management tools efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel reservations and guest service.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles.
• Ability to deliver highly personalised service to luxury clientele.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
