About the role
Yas Plaza Hotels by IHG is seeking an enthusiastic Reservations Agent to manage guest bookings and ensure a smooth reservation process. This position plays a vital role in delivering a positive guest experience and supporting the hotel’s booking operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a reservations role within the hotel industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Capability to handle and resolve guest complaints effectively
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with a Property Management System (Opera)
