Reservations Supervisor

About the role

The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to lead its Reservations team. You will ensure smooth daily operations, optimise room inventory, and uphold the brand’s luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage room inventory to maximise occupancy, average rate and revenue.
• Review daily reservations for accuracy, rate compliance and segment performance.
• Oversee Opera PMS availability and maintain sufficient inventory for high‑yield segments.
• Prepare staff rosters, submit monthly payroll and control no‑show and late‑cancellation charges.
• Train, develop and motivate team members, organise on‑the‑job and monthly training sessions.
• Participate in recruitment and supervise performance to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in hotel reservations or a related hospitality function.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
