Residential Community Executive – Hospitality Focus

About the role

The Residential Community Executive supports the Community Management team in overseeing Owners' Associations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and smooth day‑to‑day operations. The role bridges owners, residents, service providers and contractors to maintain a high‑quality living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections, address HSE issues and report to service providers via formal reports and CAFM systems.
• Verify third‑party contractor work, issue violation notices and coordinate security and service requests.
• Maintain community action tracker, prepare operational reports and support weekly operations meetings.
• Respond to owner and resident inquiries across multiple channels, communicate maintenance activities and support community events.
• Attend board meetings, AGMs and coordinate access to units for projects.
• Review financial statements, assist in service‑charge budgeting, collection and invoicing in line with applicable laws.
• Process purchase requisitions, LPOs, payments and support departmental budgeting and insurance claim tracking.
• Prepare meeting minutes, quarterly/annual reports and provide general administrative support to the Owners' Association.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree.
• Hospitality background or experience in community/property management is preferred.
