Respiratory Therapist Manager

About the role

A leading government healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Respiratory Therapist Manager to lead and manage its respiratory therapy services. The position is full time and requires the candidate to be currently based in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain; only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department
• Lead, supervise and support respiratory therapy staff
• Ensure high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
• Monitor quality indicators, compliance and performance metrics
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing teams and hospital leadership
• Ensure adherence to DOH regulations and accreditation standards

Required profile

• Valid DOH Respiratory Therapist license
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy (Master's preferred)
• Proven managerial or supervisory experience
• Currently working in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain
