Response Center Operator – Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a Response Center Operator to monitor autonomous vehicle fleets and coordinate rapid responses to incidents, accidents, and operational emergencies. The role demands high situational awareness, clear communication, and the ability to act quickly under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time operational status of autonomous vehicles.
• Detect traffic accidents, emergencies, and other incidents.
• Dispatch emergency work orders to ground support teams promptly.
• Coordinate on‑site response activities with operational teams.
• Escalate incidents according to established procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with ground teams throughout incidents.
• Execute map interruption processes as required.
• Track incident progress to resolution or further escalation.
• Record accurate details of incidents, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Follow all emergency response and operational guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a control room, command centre, emergency response centre, fleet monitoring environment, or similar operation.
• Strong situational awareness and decisive decision‑making ability.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during emergencies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in transportation, automotive, logistics, or mobility operations is a plus.
