Restaurant & Bar Manager

About the role

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead its food and beverage outlets on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities across restaurant and bar areas.
• Create and launch innovative programs and promotions to increase guest patronage.
• Assist with financial budgeting and profitability analysis.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and service on the floor.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of full‑service restaurant management experience.
• Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or similar role.
• Strong customer‑service background and extensive F&B knowledge.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and cover needs as required.
• BSc in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or culinary schooling is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as Serve and Respeak.
• Acute financial management and budgeting abilities.
• Leadership, motivational, and people‑management capabilities.
