Restaurant Hostess

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles Dubai as a Restaurant Hostess, welcoming guests at Azur and Solo Italian restaurants, managing reservations and guest flow.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome, seat guests and manage table assignments.
• Handle telephone bookings, maintain an organized reservation system and guest database.
• Assist with table set‑up, displays and ensure the restaurant is ready before opening.
• Support the service team during peak periods, including section holding and coffee station duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of the hostess station, menus and surrounding areas.
• Present checks, perform cashiering functions when needed and control guest turnover.

Required profile

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Well‑presented, professionally groomed and strong interpersonal skills.
• Secondary education with at least 1 year hotel F&B experience.

Required skills

• Computer knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn, share knowledge and embrace the Raffles brand standards.
