Restaurant Incharge - Overseas (Kuwait, Dubai, Qatar)

About the role

A full-time Restaurant Incharge position is open to candidates willing to work overseas in Kuwait, Dubai and Qatar. The role covers daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service and quality standards, and is open to fresh graduates or those with about one year of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen and service staff.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels, and place orders when needed.
• Control costs, reduce wastage and improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Train and motivate team members to meet performance targets.
• Maintain daily reports, sales records and operational data, and coordinate with management.

Required profile

• Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
• Fresher or 1 year of experience in restaurant or hospitality management; GCC experience preferred but not mandatory.
