Restaurant Manager – Asian Fine Dining Concept

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead an upscale Asian fine‑dining outlet within a prestigious 5‑star luxury property in Dubai. The role demands a dynamic hospitality professional who can uphold luxury service standards, drive revenue, and inspire a diverse team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarks.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest levels of service quality and satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage a diverse team, fostering motivation and performance.
• Maintain strict quality control of food, beverage, and service standards in partnership with the Head Chef.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cost‑control initiatives.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health and safety standards.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine‑dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience with Asian cuisine concepts is highly preferred.
• Fluency in Indonesian, Malaysian, or Singaporean language; strong English communication skills.
• Current residence in the UAE or willingness to relocate.
