Restaurant Manager for Nightlife Venue

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead nightly operations at SAYF, a high‑energy entertainment venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with brand standards, licensing, alcohol service and security regulations.
• Manage staff planning, beverage inventory, cost control and drive table, bottle‑service and bar sales to achieve financial objectives.
• Lead front‑of‑house, bar and door teams, maintain a visible presence on the floor during peak hours and address guest queries or complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with managers, DJs, promoters and entertainment teams to uphold the brand’s ethos and continuously improve operational standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai hospitality, preferably managing large‑scale nightlife, lounge or club operations.
• Strong knowledge of local health, safety, alcohol licensing and crowd‑management regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of staff training and succession planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with venue management software, POS and reservation/guest‑list systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
