Restaurant Manager – Founding Team

About the role

We are building the founding team for Momofuku Abu Dhabi at The Grove, Saadiyat Island. As Restaurant Manager you will lead all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving the business toward its performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee guest service and daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team through recruitment, training, coaching and performance evaluations.
• Manage financial performance by monitoring sales, labor and food costs, budgeting and controlling operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, hygiene and local regulations, conducting regular audits and corrective actions.
• Handle administrative duties including scheduling, inventory management, purchasing and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading restaurant or hospitality teams.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Ability to analyze financial data and implement cost‑control measures.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance.
