About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Daikan Izakaya, located in Galleria Mall. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and driving overall performance to create memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the restaurant team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house coordination to ensure smooth service and high quality standards.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop staff, implementing training programs to maintain service excellence.
• Interact with guests, address concerns promptly, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth through marketing and promotions.
• Supervise inventory management and ordering processes to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for dining experiences.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data for informed decision‑making.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
