Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations of the restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas in a busy Dubai hotel. The role ensures high standards of service, sanitation, and financial performance while supporting guests and staff during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Maintain service and sanitation standards across restaurant, bar and room‑service outlets.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet guest service, operational and financial goals.
• Assist with menu planning and ensure compliance with food‑handling, liquor and local regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in guest and employee satisfaction.
• Identify training needs, develop and implement coaching plans.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of sanitation, safety and liquor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
