About the role

Daikan Izakaya, located in Galleria Mall, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The role combines leadership, operational oversight, and customer focus in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and foster a positive, teamwork‑driven work environment.
• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities to maintain high service and quality standards.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop staff, ensuring adherence to service protocols.
• Interact with guests, address concerns promptly, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth through marketing and promotions.
• Supervise inventory management, ordering, and stock level maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for dining experiences.
• Solid financial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
• Aptitude for data analysis to support decision‑making.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in the hospitality sector.
