Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of an established restaurant in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves taking ownership of team performance, guest experience, commercial results, and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and guest experience.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, workforce planning and develop the restaurant team through training and motivation.
• Drive sales performance, monitor budgets, costs, inventory, and operational expenditure to meet commercial targets.
• Maintain effective inventory controls, stock management and ensure equipment and facilities meet required standards.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management and monitor key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations and company operating standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a comparable leadership position within upscale or premium casual dining.
• Strong understanding of front‑of‑house, kitchen coordination, bar operations, purchasing, inventory and people management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, sales targets, costs and drive operational performance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and high proficiency in English.
