Restaurant Manager

About the role

Sprinklez General Trading LLC is looking for a Restaurant Manager in Dubai. The manager controls day-to-day restaurant operations across two floors, from staffing and service to finances, inventory and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure FOH and BOH staff know the day's requirements and receive training before opening and whenever needed.
• Coordinate with the executive chef and bartender on new menus and dishes, and keep kitchen-restaurant communication smooth.
• Manage staff schedules, leave rosters and attendance registers, and handle discipline and grievances.
• Order supplies and stock to the right quantity, quality and price, and keep stocks secure and under the correct conditions.
• Control monthly inventory, manage the tips division and keep expenses within budget.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on budgets, costs and sales, and hold weekly meetings with the Managing Partner.
• Handle PR and marketing to drive exposure, footfall and sales, and generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Maintain hygiene standards, know emergency exits and evacuation procedures, and comply with the corporate code of conduct.
