Restaurant Manager – Lead Front‑of‑House Operations

About the role

As a Restaurant Manager at Capital Motion you will oversee daily operations across one of the company’s diverse restaurant concepts. You will lead the front‑of‑house team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the outlet’s financial and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, staffing and guest relations.
• Lead and motivate front‑of‑house staff to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Coordinate smoothly between service, kitchen, bar and host teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, implement efficiency improvements and handle guest feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance and productivity of restaurant staff.
• Support inventory control, ordering and cost‑management initiatives.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Plan and execute special events, VIP services and activations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably across varied concepts (fine dining, lounge, beach club, casual).
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze guest feedback and drive service enhancements.
