Restaurant Manager - Rush Bar

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations of the Rush Bar lounge, ensuring high standards of service, menu execution and liquor control while supporting guest and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bar/lounge shift operations, supervise staff and maintain compliance with liquor laws.
• Assist with menu planning, promotions and inventory control, including perpetual inventory and cost analysis.
• Train and schedule staff, enforce beverage policies, and support other food‑and‑beverage outlets as needed.
• Monitor budgets, payroll reports and controllable expenses to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure food handling, sanitation standards and all bar policies are consistently applied.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with 4 years F&B experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Business with 2 years experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team, handle guest issues and maintain operational budgets.
