Restaurant Manager - Sushi Samba

About the role

Hilton is looking for a Restaurant Manager for its hotel dining outlet, Sushi Samba, in Abu Dhabi. The manager delivers memorable dining experiences for guests while managing the outlet's daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting and enforcement of policies and procedures
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues and find ways to continuously improve the dining experience
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members, run performance evaluations, offer professional development and recognise achievements
• Implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques and promotions to grow food and beverage sales and profitability
• Lead hiring, conduct interviews and train new team members
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations
