About the role
Our Guest Service Support Experts create memorable dining experiences by delivering a wide range of front‑of‑house services. The position requires active participation in setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Setting tables and preparing dining areas for guests.
- Assisting kitchen staff with order flow and supplies.
- Cleaning work areas and replenishing service supplies.
- Managing and verifying menu information.
- Performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying items up to 25 lb (or up to 50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior experience required; experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is a plus.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific license or certification required.
