About the role

Our Guest Service Support Experts create memorable dining experiences by delivering a wide range of front‑of‑house services. The position requires active participation in setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Setting tables and preparing dining areas for guests.
Assisting kitchen staff with order flow and supplies.
Cleaning work areas and replenishing service supplies.
Managing and verifying menu information.
Performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying items up to 25 lb (or up to 50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
No prior experience required; experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is a plus.
No supervisory experience needed.
No specific license or certification required.
