About the role

Join the hospitality team at The Chedi Al Bait in Sharjah as a Restaurant Server. You will work in a luxurious setting, delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring every dining experience is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and personalized welcome.
• Serve food and beverages within assigned stations, following manager and supervisor guidance.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and service details.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and report any complaints to the supervisor.
• Place orders, set up tables with proper equipment, and maintain well‑stocked stations.
• Uphold a well‑groomed appearance, wear the prescribed uniform, and keep the outlet clean at all times.
• Conduct daily inventory of supplies and perform side duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a waitress or in a guest‑facing hospitality role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
