About the role
Join Emaar’s dining team to ensure exceptional guest experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering flawless service from welcome to farewell.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all operational tasks in food & beverage service while adhering to service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra mile to delight guests and turn them into loyal fans.
- Prevent complaints and execute effective service recovery when needed.
- Communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
