About the role

Join Miral Experiences’ retail team at Warner Bros. World™ Yas Island and help guests create memorable moments by selling branded merchandise, souvenirs and photo products. You will work in a vibrant, high‑traffic environment, ensuring smooth store operations and delivering excellent guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Proactively engage visitors, recommend products and demonstrate merchandise.
• Operate a computerized cash register, handling multiple currencies, vouchers, stored‑value cards and credit‑card payments.
• Maintain clean, well‑stocked displays, refill shelves and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Process guest inquiries and resolve basic complaints on the spot.
• Support promotional activities and strive to meet sales targets.
• Assist with quarterly and yearly inventory counts.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting items and climbing ladders as needed.

Required profile

• Higher secondary education or equivalent.
• Basic verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks.

Required skills

• POS (point‑of‑sale) system operation.
• Cash handling and transaction processing.
• Inventory management and stock replenishment.
