About the role

We are partnering with a leading FMCG distributor in the UAE to find a Retail Marketing Coordinator who will support high‑impact retail marketing initiatives across a multi‑store network. The role sits at the intersection of in‑store execution, brand activation and digital engagement, driving footfall, brand visibility and incremental sales.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute in‑store marketing plans, promotions and activations.
• Manage POS materials, promotional signage and end‑to‑end campaign rollouts.
• Support retail events, store openings and community activations.
• Liaise with vendors, agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
• Audit in‑store activations and track performance effectiveness.
• Support social media and digital initiatives aligned to retail campaigns.
• Work closely with design and production teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced FMCG retail environment.
• Hands‑on, proactive and execution‑focused mindset.
• Open to travelling within the UAE.
