Retail Sales Associate – Customer Service & Merchandising

About the role
The Sales Associate represents the brand on the shop floor, driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and ensure a smooth retail experience in line with the Store Manager’s directives.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, converting browsers into buyers and promoting the loyalty program.
- Maintain a professional appearance and stay knowledgeable about product lines for effective cross‑selling.
- Arrange merchandise according to visual‑merchandising guidelines and manage stock, especially clearance items.
- Operate the POS system, process payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash till.
- Record inventory movements, replenish the sales floor, and follow loss‑prevention policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is preferred.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods.
