Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our retail team in Dubai. The role involves greeting customers, assisting them with product choices, and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the store. You will work closely with the shop manager and merchandiser to maintain an attractive shopping environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in a timely manner while adhering to quality and service standards.
• Help customers make purchase decisions by recommending appropriate products and suggesting gift vouchers when applicable.
• Continuously arrange and replenish shop shelves, keeping the shop floor clean and tidy.
• Monitor for security risks and theft, escalating incidents promptly to prevent loss.
• Conduct regular physical and electronic inventory checks according to company guidelines.
• Display received merchandise under direction of the Merchandiser/Shop Manager and update price tags during promotions.
• Take measurements for alterations, assign prices from the price list, record them in the alteration book, and inform the tailor of changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
